Blue Marble provides non accredited chef training and support to young people aged 16 to 19 who are not in employment, education or training, who have often faced challenging life circumstances.
This course acts as preparation for future academic or vocational study. Young people aged 16 to 18 should be aware of the requirements of Raising the Participation Age legislation.
