Governors seek to appoint an enthusiastic Head of Department – Social Science. The successful candidate should be committed to teaching across the 11-18 range and have additional the ability to teach A Level. We are looking for an exceptional Social Science Teacher to head up the department whilst promoting excellent teaching and learning in order to secure outstanding outcomes, and who works well with staff and students to inspire a love of Social Science.
Social Science is a team of four experienced practitioners delivering A-Level Psychology/Sociology, GCSE Sociology and Vocational Health and Social Care. Results in the department are exceptional and it is a very popular choice.
