We are seeking to appoint a skilled, passionate and resilient Pastoral Support Manager who values the rich diversity of our school community at LEAP Federation. We are looking for someone who is capable of providing high quality pastoral care across the school, working with children, staff teams, families, other agencies and the wider school community to ensure that all children are given the necessary support and opportunities they need to overcome any barriers to learning and ensure their primary school experience is the best it can possibly be.
