We are looking to appoint a Receptionist / Administrator with school library duties to work in our school office. The main duties will include managing the front of house reception office and dealing with enquiries from parents and the public; managing the school library at lunchtimes; as well as performing other administration duties such as dealing with the mail, typing and maintaining records, including attendance.
We are looking for someone who a NVQ level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent qualification in a related area or equivalent experience. Experience of working in a school would also be desirable.
