We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our team to support the school in providing the best possible standards of teaching and learning for our school community. We now operate the borough’s first SEMH ARP (The Aviary) and this is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational, highly motivated and ambitious practitioner to work alongside our SENDCo, Teachers and other professional external agencies to ensure that all pupils within our Aviary provision receive the support required in order to achieve their full potential. The role requires someone who is passionate about children’s learning and who has a rich knowledge and understanding of how pupils learn.
