Lead Professional for ARP (Additionally Resourced Provision) – Vacancy

We are pleased to offer an opportunity for a Lead Professional for ARP, starting in September 2026.
This is a permanent position, working 2 days per week.
The role is offered on the Main Pay Scale, with the possibility of an additional allowance, depending on qualifications and experience.
The Meadow opened in Autumn 2025 and is currently the base for 12 children. The ARP will eventually be a hub to 24 children with language and communication needs, but intake will be gradual over the few years.
