The Boxing Academy is looking for a full-time, permanent, non-class based, whole school Inclusion Manager with additional responsibility for Safeguarding.
The Boxing Academy is a leading Alternative Provision Free School which aims to change the lives of young people aged 13-16 who have emotional and behavioural difficulties.
The Inclusion Manager will be an exemplary practitioner with a remit to ensure that children with SEND are taught effectively throughout the school. They will work closely with the SENCO to be responsible for the day to day provision for students with additional educational needs. The postholder will also be the Assistant Designated Safeguarding Lead, supporting the Vice Principal for Personal Development.
