Nightingale Primary is a warm, inclusive two-form entry school in the heart of vibrant
Upper Clapton, where every child—and every member of staff—truly matters. Our
curriculum is broad and exciting, with plenty of outdoor, hands-on learning, and it's
powerfully inclusive, ensuring all children can thrive and grow.
At the heart of our inclusion is our additionally resourced provision (ARP) for autism,
supporting 13 children across two classes: The Nest and Treetops. Pupils learn through
a highly personalised curriculum, delivered in light-filled, calm classrooms designed
specifically for their needs.
As our ARP teacher you would provide leadership and inspiration for the ARP. You'll
work alongside a dedicated team of ARP learning support assistants, with the full
backing of our SENDCo and senior leadership team. We genuinely look after our
teachers—off-site PPA is the norm if you want it, and we're serious about protecting
your work-life balance.
